摘 要:本文探讨了能源紧缺与环保背景下,炼油工艺的高效节能路径。通过计算机模拟技术建模炼油过程,结合优化算法,旨在提升能效、减少能耗与污染。分析现有工艺不足后,介绍了建模方法与优化策略,并验证其在模拟测试中的有效性与经济性。研究显示,模拟与优化策略不仅显著提高了炼油能效,还为企业带来了显著的经济效益,是应对能源挑战、促进绿色发展的有效手段。This article explores the efficient and energy-saving path of refining process under the background of energy shortage and environmental protection.By using computer simulation technology to model the refining process and combining it with optimization algorithms,the aim is to improve energy efficiency,reduce energy consumption and pollution.After analyzing the shortcomings of existing processes,modeling methods and optimization strategies were introduced,and their effectiveness and economy in simulation testing were verified.Research has shown that simulation and optimization strategies not only significantly improve refinery energy efficiency,but also bring significant economic benefits to enterprises,making them effective means of addressing energy challenges and promoting green development.
