摘 要:在进行丙烯聚合反应中,其丙烯原料内含有微量杂质后,会影响反应催化剂的活性及其产品性能。基于丙烯聚合原理,分析某化工企业生产过程,其丙烯聚合容易受甲醇杂质的影响,在导致主催化剂失活下,无法维持有效的聚合反应。同时展开甲醇来源及丙烯聚合实际生产数据的研究,能确定甲醇对催化剂活性的影响。最后,从引进丙烯脱甲醇床、干燥塔参数设置、再生干燥塔等方面,提出甲醇杂质影响下的丙烯聚合优化策略,并开展实际聚合讨论,以期望可以完成高效的聚合反应。In the propylene polymerization reaction,the presence of trace impurities in the propylene raw material can affect the activity of the reaction catalyst and the performance of the product.Based on the principle of propylene polymerization,the production process of a certain chemical enterprise is analyzed.The propylene polymerization is easily affected by methanol impurities,which can lead to the deactivation of the main catalyst and the inability to maintain effective polymerization reaction.Simultaneously conducting research on the sources of methanol and actual production data of propylene polymerization can determine the impact of methanol on catalyst activity.Finally,optimization strategies for propylene polymerization under the influence of methanol impurities are proposed from the aspects of introducing propylene methanol removal beds,setting drying tower parameters,and regenerating drying towers,and actual polymerization discussions are carried out in the hope of achieving efficient polymerization reactions.
