摘  要:燃煤锅炉通常采用低NOx燃烧技术进行燃烧,虽然会减少有害气体的排放,但很大程度上造成了锅炉高温硫腐蚀问题。通过研究发现,在燃烧过程中产生的还原性气体,如CO、H和OH等物质,会与锅炉内的硫物质进行反应,产生H2S、单质S等物质,导致内壁氧化膜破损,甚至会造成氧化膜内的金属物质进一步腐蚀。工业中常见的腐蚀深度检测技术对于实际深度检测精确度较低,故采用超声波检测技术进行检测。实际应用表明,超声波检测技术相较于其他腐蚀深度检测技术,具有超高的检测精度和准确度,更有利于工业检测并及时防治。Coal fired boilers usually use low NOx combustion technology for combustion,which reduces the emission of harmful gases but largely causes high-temperature sulfur corrosion problems in boilers.Through research,it has been found that the reducing gases generated during combustion,such as CO,H,and OH,will react with sulfur substances inside the boiler,producing H2S,elemental S,and other substances,causing damage to the inner wall oxide film and even further corrosion of metal substances inside the oxide film.The common corrosion depth detection technology in industry has low accuracy for actual depth detection,so ultrasonic detection technology is used for detection.Practical applications have shown that ultrasonic testing technology has ultra-high detection accuracy and precision compared to other corrosion depth detection technologies,which is more conducive to industrial testing and timely prevention and control.
