摘　　要：本文简述了S Zorb装置工艺原理,分析了某石化公司S Zorb装置自2017年10月建成投产以来闭锁料斗调压、MOGAS程控阀磨损内漏、ME110/ME111差压高频繁切换、闭锁料斗向还原器卸剂不畅等问题,提出了应对措施,为保障S Zorb装置长周期运行提供了保障。This paper briefly described the process principle of the S Zorb unit,analyzed the problems of lock hopper pressure regulation,MOGAS programmable valve wear and internal leakage,ME110/ME111 differential pressure high-frequency switching,and blockage of the lock hopper unloading agent to the reducer in the S Zorb unit of a petrochemical company since its completion and operation in October 2017,and proposed countermeasures to ensure the long-term operation of the S Zorb unit.
