摘 要:为减少煤炭资源的损失浪费,阳泉南煤集团某煤矿15#煤层开展了大巷煤柱回采技术,由于煤柱周边采空区较多,采空区浮煤通过塌陷区裂隙与地表空气接触容易引发煤层自燃,严重影响大巷煤柱回采安全生产。鉴于此,该煤矿开展了注氮防灭火技术的适用性分析与可行性设计,在计算出注氮防灭火技术使用条件的基础上,在8836工作面实践应用。应用效果表明,该技术实现采空区气体成分氧气体积分数<10%,CO体积分数为0.00086%,有效抑制遗煤自燃发火风险。In order to reduce the loss and waste of coal resources,the 15#coal seam of a certain coal mine in Yangquan Nanzhuang Coal Group has carried out the technology of roadway coal pillar mining.Due to the large number of goaf areas around the coal pillars,the floating coal in the goaf area can easily cause spontaneous combustion of the coal seam through the collapse zone cracks and surface air contact,seriously affecting the safety production of roadway coal pillar mining.In view of this,the coal mine conducted applicability analysis and feasibility design of nitrogen injection fire prevention and extinguishing technology.Based on the calculation of the usage conditions of nitrogen injection fire prevention and extinguishing technology,it was practically applied in the 8836 working face.The application effect shows that this technology achieves an oxygen concentration of less than 10%and a CO concentration of 8.6×10-6 in the goaf gas,effectively suppressing the risk of spontaneous combustion of residual coal.
