摘  要:为提高高应力煤层巷道的掘进速度和成巷质量,对巷道断面形状、支护技术参数以及掘进工艺流程进行优化,确定巷道形状采用矩形,锚杆长度2500mm、间排距700mm和直径22mm。当巷道实际掘进15 d内,掘进速度最大值达到15.7m/d,总掘进量为206 m,掘进速度均值为13.7m/d,相比优化前的10.4m/d提升了31.7%;同时,实测巷道围岩成巷质量好,满足长期稳定要求。In order to improve the excavation speed and quality of high stress coal seam tunnels,the tunnel section shape,support technical parameters,and excavation process were optimized.The tunnel shape was determined to be rectangular,with anchor rod length of 2500 mm,spacing of 700 mm,and diameter of 22 mm.When the actual excavation of the tunnel takes 15 days,the maximum excavation speed reaches 15.7 m/d,the total excavation amount is 206 m,and the average excavation speed is 13.7 m/d,which is 31.7%higher than the pre optimization value of 10.4 m/d.At the same time,the measured tunnel surrounding rock has good quality and meets the long-term stability requirements.
