高瓦斯矿井压煤条带膏体充填开采技术研究

摘　　要：为了解决司马煤业压煤条带煤炭开采的问题,以煤矸石为原料采用膏体充填,通过分次充填工艺,每次充填膏体1.75 m,直至膏体充填至隔离墙的顶部。充填作业期间,开采条带工作面瓦斯涌出量1.98 m^(3)/min,矿井供风量可满足开采条带工作面切眼期间及拉底期间供风量,确保了高瓦斯矿井压煤条带膏体充填开采的安全性。充填工艺提高了煤炭采出率,经济效益良好。In order to solve the problem of coal mining in Sima Coal Industry's pressure coal strip,coal gangue was used as raw material and paste filling was used.Through a step-by-step filling process,the paste was filled 1.75 meters each time until it reached the top of the isolation wall.During the filling operation,the gas emission from the mining strip working face is 1.98 m^(3)/min.The mine supply air volume can meet the supply air volume during the cutting and bottom pulling periods of the mining strip working face,ensuring the safety of high gas mine pressure coal strip paste filling mining.The filling process has improved the coal extraction rate and achieved good economic benefits.
