摘  要:为探究煤柱下方综采工作面在遭受集中应力作用时所展现出的强矿压显现特征,选取富家凹煤矿的11310综采工作面作为工程背景,通过工作面支架阻力的实地测量与分析,提出了过煤柱的水力压裂切顶控制技术。结果表明,在工作面穿越煤柱的过程中,中部的阻力最大、其次是下部、上部阻力相对较小,支架载荷超过正常工作阻力(设定为35 MPa)为32.08%、64.10%和88.04%;采用水力压裂切顶技术后,工作面在穿越煤柱并继续推进10 m范围内,未再出现强烈的矿山压力显现现象。In order to investigate the strong mineral pressure manifestation characteristics of the comprehensive mining face below the coal pillar when it is subjected to concentrated stress,11310 comprehensive mining face of Fujiaau Coal Mine is selected as the background of the project,and the hydraulic fracturing and roof-cutting control technology across the coal pillar is proposed through the field measurements and analyses of the bracing resistance at the working face.The results show that in the process of the working face crossing the coal pillar,the resistance in the middle is the largest,followed by the lower part and the upper part is relatively small,and the bracket load exceeds the normal working resistance(set at 35 MPa)by 32.08%,64.10%and 88.04%.After adopting hydraulic fracturing top cutting technology,the working face did not show any strong mining pressure within a range of 10 meters after crossing the coal pillar and continuing to advance.
