摘  要:以某矿区大采高工作面为研究对象,为提高其平均日产量,优化生产工艺流程,提出了用单向割煤中部斜切进刀割煤工艺代替双向割煤端头斜切进刀割煤工艺,对比优化前后两种切割工艺,并经过实际验证得出以下结论:进行优化后的平均作业循环时间由优化前的110.05min缩短至96.77min,整体循环效率提高了12.07%,平均日产量由优化前的2.0743t提高至2.1877t,平均日产量提高了5.47%,优化效果明显,提高了采煤效率和生产益。Taking a high mining face in a certain mining area as the research object,in order to improve its average daily production and optimize the production process,a one-way coal cutting middle oblique cutting and cutting process is proposed to replace the two-way coal cutting end oblique cutting and cutting process.The two cutting processes before and after optimization are compared,and the following conclusions are drawn through practical verification:the average operation cycle time after optimization is shortened from 110.05 min before optimization to 96.77 min,the overall cycle efficiency is improved by 12.07%,the average daily production is increased from 2.0743 t before optimization to 2.1877 t,and the average daily production is increased by 5.47%.The optimization effect is significant,and the coal mining efficiency and production benefits are improved.
