摘 要:随着新材料和新技术的不断涌现,化学品的安全性要求也越来越高。为了提高过氧化物的使用安全性,对高压下过氧化苯甲酰热分解的安全风险进行了分析。使用差示扫描量热仪对样品在加热(或冷却)过程中释放(或吸收)的热量进行测量,设计了过氧化苯甲酰样品的处理方法,并引入撞击感度测试。实验结果表明,在压力处于0.50 MPa和0.75 MPa时,过氧化苯甲酰的吸热峰处在106~107℃之间,过氧化苯甲酰在高压下对温度极为敏感。With the continuous emergence of new materials and technologies,the safety requirements for chemicals are also increasing.In order to improve the safety of peroxide use,an analysis was conducted on the safety risks of thermal decomposition of benzoyl peroxide under high pressure.During the process,adifferential scanning calorimeter was used to measure the heat released or absorbed by the sample during heating or cooling.A processing method for benzoyl peroxide samples was designed,and impact sensitivity testing was introduced.The experimental results indicate that the endothermic peak of benzoyl peroxide is between 106℃and 107℃at pressures of 0.50 MPa and 0.75 MPa.This indicates that benzoyl peroxide is extremely sensitive to temperature under high pressure,and research can provide a basis for the protection of benzoyl peroxide.
