摘 要:随着工业化进程的加快,水污染问题越来越严重。为减少环境污染,研究采用了自动化化学需氧量检测设备,结合生物法处理技术,对化工厂污水进行了检测与处理。自动化化学需氧量检测设备的滴定过程依照《HJ 828—2017》的实验流程要求进行定量分析。生物法处理依赖好氧细菌降解污水中的有机物,将其转化为无机物。实验结果表明,自动化仪器的测量精度高,偏差小于0.2%,生物法处理技术能有效降低污水化学需氧量,去除率均超过92%,去除后的化学需氧量在25 mg/L以下,远低于国家标准排放限值。研究提出的方法为污水的检测和处理提供了一种有效的解决方案。With the acceleration of industrialization,the problem of water pollution is becoming more and more serious.In order to reduce environmental pollution,the automatic chemical oxygen demand detection equipment and biological treatment technology were used to detect and treat the wastewater of chemical plants.The titration process of the automatic chemical oxygen demand testing equipment is quantitatively analyzed in accordance with the experimental process requirements of the HJ 828-2017.Biological treatment relies on aerobic bacteria to degrade organic matter in sewage and convert it into inorganic matter.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of the automatic instrument is high,the deviation is less than 0.2%,and the biological treatment technology can effectively reduce the chemical oxygen demand of the sewage,the removal rate is more than 92%,and the chemical oxygen demand after removal is below 25 mg/L,which is far lower than the national standard emission limit.The proposed method provides an effective solution for the detection and treatment of sewage.
