摘 要:现有的循环农药生产废水处理方法存在成本太高、操作复杂等问题。针对此,研究提出了一种融合混凝沉淀和芬顿氧化的农药废水处理方法。该方法首先将废水进行分类预处理,之后应用配好比例的混凝剂进行进一步泥水分离。之后进行芬顿氧化和生物降解处理,最后输入到碳砂过滤系统中,进一步优化水质。结果表明,研究提出的方法能够保持95%以上的悬浮物、化学需氧量的去除率,同时其日运行成本仅为9 965元,相较于其他工艺成本明显降低。研究方法能够在降低成本以及简便操作的同时实现农药废水的有效处理。The existing methods of treating wastewater from circulating pesticide production have some problems,such as high cost and complicated operation.In view of this,a new treatment method of pesticide wastewater which integrates coagulation precipitation and Fenton oxidation was proposed.In this method,the wastewater is first treated by classification,and then the slurry water is further separated by a well-proportioned coagulant.After Fenton oxidation and biodegradation,it is finally fed into the carbon sand filtration system to further optimize water quality.The results show that the proposed method can maintain the removal rate of more than 95%of suspended matter and chemical oxygen demand,and its daily operating cost is only 9965 yuan,which is significantly reduced compared with other process costs.The research method can achieve effective treatment of pesticide wastewater while reducing cost and simple operation.
