摘 要:二甲苯的生成过程中,排放的废气、废水及固体废弃物对自然生态环境造成了多重污染。本文梳理了生产流程中的污染源和相应的控制方法,并介绍了对废气、废水及固废的综合治理技术,涵盖了挥发性有机化合物的冷凝与吸附技术、含酚废水的生物处理方法,以及催化剂废料的循环再利用途径。通过对生产流程改进的应用,达到了减少排放的目的,同时增强了治理效果。研究结果发现,合理的排放控制与治理技术可以大幅度减少二甲苯生产对环境的影响。During the generation process of xylene,the emissions of exhaust gas,wastewater,and solid waste cause multiple pollutions to the natural ecological environment.This article summarizes the pollution sources and corresponding control methods in the production process,and introduces comprehensive treatment technologies for exhaust gas,wastewater,and solid waste,covering condensation and adsorption technologies for volatile organic compounds,biological treatment methods for phenol containing wastewater,and recycling pathways for catalyst waste.By applying improvements to the production process,the goal of reducing emissions has been achieved while enhancing the effectiveness of governance.The research results found that reasonable emission control and governance technologies can significantly reduce the environmental impact of xylene production.
