预见性护理干预在小儿静脉留置针穿刺中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析预见性护理干预在小儿静脉留置针穿刺中的应用价值。方法采用目的抽样法纳入我院2023年1月~2023年12月期间收治的50例行静脉留置针穿刺的患儿,采用奇偶数字表法将纳入患儿分入两组,各25例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施预见性护理干预,比较两组穿刺成功率、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果实验组比较对照组具有统计学差异(P<0.05),穿刺成功率更高,穿刺部位红肿、皮下血肿、液体渗漏等并发症总发生率更低,护理总满意度评估值更高。结论预见性护理干预对小儿静脉留置针穿刺成功率提升、并发症发生率降低以及护理满意度提高等均可产生积极影响,值得推荐和应用。Objective To exploring and analyzing the application value of predictive nursing intervention in the puncture of venous indwelling needle for children.Methods Using purposive sampling was used.50 pediatric patients who underwent venous indwelling needle puncture in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were included in the study.The patients were divided into two groups of 25 each using the odd-even numbering method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received predictive nursing intervention.The puncture success rate,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result Compared with the control group,the experimental group had statistical difference(P<0.05),higher puncture success rate,lower overall incidence of complications such as redness and swelling at the puncture site,subcutaneous hematoma and fluid leakage,and higher evaluation value of total nursing satisfaction.Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention is an active and proactive nursing concept aimed at preventing problems through early intervention and ensuring the safety and health of patients.It can have a positive impact on improving the success rate of pediatric venous indwelling needle puncture,reducing the incidence of complications,and enhancing nursing satisfaction.Therefore,it is worth recommending and applying.
