摘 要:为研究不同慢羽基因型和不同慢羽亚型对羽毛成熟性的影响,试验以1~11周龄清远麻鸡慢羽公鸡(基因型为Z^(K)Z^(K),简写为Ho)以及天农麻鸡商品代慢羽公鸡(基因型为Z^(K)Z^(k),简写为He)主翼羽为研究对象,量化各亚型不同周龄羽毛成熟性的数量,观测主翼羽首次换羽周龄,首次比较不同纯合子和杂合子基因型对主翼羽羽毛成熟性的影响。结果显示:天农麻鸡商品代慢羽公鸡主翼羽通管数和换羽时间均优于清远麻鸡慢羽公鸡;相对于未出型(L5和L6),等长型(L2)和倒长型(L4)的羽毛成熟性优,首次换羽时间较早。研究表明,纯系选育中可以优先选择等长型L2和倒长型L4等羽毛成熟性较好的亚型。To investigate the variations of the feather maturity,which were influenced by the different late feathering geno-types with the various subtypes,the primary feathers of homozygous Qingyuan partridge roosters with genotype of Z^(K)Z^(K)(abbreviated as Ho)and heterozygous Tiannong commercial roosters with genotype of Z^(K)Z^(k)(abbreviated as He)were studied from 1 to 11 weeks of age.The number of hollow feather shafts of each subtype at different ages was quantified,and the age of the first molting of the primary feathers was observed,and the effects of different homozygous and heterozygous genotypes on the maturity of primary feath-ers were compared for the first time.The results showed that the primary feathers of heterozygous roosters exhibited more feather maturity and earlier molting time compared to those of the homozygous roosters.Compared with the ungrown types of L5 and L6,the isometric type L2 and inverted type feathers L4 displayed the better maturity and the earlier molting time.The results indicated that phenotypes with better feather maturity such as isometric type L2 and inverted type L4 could be preferentially selected in pure line breeding.
