摘 要:为研究风量对禽舍热舒适性的影响,试验采用CFD技术分析了四种工况下鸡舍内气流组织和温度分布,四种工况分别是运行18台风机、16台风机、14台风机和12台风机。结果显示:4种方案均显示距离风机约80 m范围内,舍内风速基本相等;而80 m外,舍内风速随着与风机距离的增加而线性减小;随着风量的减小,气流组织趋于均匀,即长度、垂直和宽度方向上风速的标准偏差均变小。随风量的减小,温度分布在长度方向上变得更不均匀,在宽度和垂直方向上无明显影响。研究结果表明,风量的改变可以改善夏季超长鸡舍内风速和温度分布的均匀性。To investigate the effect of the number of fans on thermal comfort in poultry house,CFD technology was used to analyze the airflow organization and temperature distribution in the poultry house under four operating conditions:18 fans,16 fans,14 fans and 12 fans.The results showed that within approximately 80 meters of the fans,the air velocities within the house were nearly identical in all four situations;Outside of 80 meters,air velocities in the house decreased roughly with increasing dis-tance from the fans.Furthermore,as the number of fans reduces,the airflow organization becomes more uniform,which meant the standard deviation of wind speed in the length,vertical and width directions became smaller,and the temperature distribution be-came more inconsistent in the length direction while having little effect in the width or vertical directions.The results indicated that changes in air volume could improve the uniformity of airflow organization and temperature distribution within the super-long poultry houses during summer.
