摘　　要：我国鹌鹑起源与驯化历史悠久,经过近百年发展,鹌鹑产业发展成效显著。文章基于产业链维度,从鹌鹑养殖发展历程及现状、种业、加工、产品商贸流通等关键环节对产业发展进行综述;认为鹌鹑产业高质量发展将面临种质资源创新手段多学科融合化、农牧业设施装备现代化、未来农牧业智慧(数字)化、农牧业科技贡献新质生产力要素化等趋势,同时,在鹌鹑产业繁育、加工、商贸流通、养殖及其关联环节存在不同程度问题;在此基础上,以农业新质生产力促进鹌鹑产业高质量发展为理论框架,从种业科技创新、关键技术变革、生产体系优化、生产关系匹配等维度提出政策建议,旨在为拓展鹌鹑产业研究边界、促进鹌鹑产业高质量发展提供参考。There is a long-standing history of quail origin and domestication in China.After nearly a century of development,the domestic quail industry has achieved remarkable results.Based on the dimension of the industrial chain,this paper summa-rized the development process and current situation of quail breeding,as well as key links such as breeding industry,processing and product commercial circulation.It was believed that the high-quality development of the quail industry would face trends such as interdisciplinary integration of germplasm resource innovation methods,modernization of agricultural and animal hus-bandry facilities and equipment,future intelligent(digital)agriculture and animal husbandry,and the contribution of agricultural and animal husbandry technology to new quality productivity elements.At the same time,there were varying degrees of problems in the breeding,processing,commercial circulation,breeding and related links of the quail industry.On the above basis,using the theoretical framework of promoting high-quality development of quail industry with new agricultural productivity,policy recom-mendations were proposed from the dimensions of seed industry technological innovation,key technological transformation,pro-duction system optimization and production relationship matching,which would provide reference for expanding the research boundary of quail industry and promoting high-quality development of quail industry.
