摘 要:膜相中离子活度系数是建立离子交换膜分离热力学理论的数据基础。离子交换膜与水溶液的电解质分配平衡实验是测定膜相中离子活度系数的重要方法。文章测定了CR61膜与LiCl、NaCl、KCl和RbCl单电解质水溶液的高精度离子分配平衡数据,以及该膜在这些外部水溶液中的吸水率,外部水溶液浓度范围从0.003 mol·kg^(-1)H_(2)O到近饱和。结果表明:膜相吸水率随外部水溶液浓度的增加而逐渐减小,与外部水溶液相的水活度随浓度增加而逐渐减小趋势一致。采用惯用和非惯用质量摩尔浓度单位描述了膜相中离子活度系数,二者数值存在差异,但随外部溶液浓度的变化趋势基本一致,且当外部溶液浓度逐渐趋近于0时,膜相中离子活度系数积均趋近于0。这些数据能够服务于现有离子交换膜活度系数热力学模型的检验和改进。Ion activity coefficient in the membrane phase is crucial data for the development of thermodynamic model to quantify the separation behavior.The ion activity coefficient can be determined from the experimental electrolyte partitioning data.In this study,we measured the electrolyte partitioning between CR61 membrane and LiCl,NaCl,KCl or RbCl single electrolyte aqueous solution,as well as the water sorption percentage of the CR61 membrane in these external aqueous solutions.In these experiments,the concentration of the external aqueous solutions varied from 0.003 mol·kg^(−1)H_(2)O to near salt saturation.These results showed that the water sorption percentage of the CR61 membrane decreased with the increase of the concentration of external aqueous solution,which is consistent with the decreasing trend of water activity of the external aqueous solution phase with the increase of concentration.The ion activity coefficients in the membrane phase were calculated using conventional or unconventional molality.The values of the ion activity coefficients are different for the two concentration scales,but the trends with the change of external solution concentration was generally consistent,and the limiting ion activity coefficients product approached zero.These data are of importance for the test and improvement of existing activity coefficient models for ion exchange membrane.
