钛系吸附剂在碱性盐湖提锂中的长周期中试研究

摘  要:通过采用与盐湖提锂工程设备类似的中试级转盘式连续离子交换设备,以西藏拉果错盐湖实际碱性卤水为研究对象,在工程工艺条件下测试了钛系吸附剂的吸附-解吸性能和300轮长周期稳定性。中试表明,钛系吸附剂锂吸附容量、锂解吸容量分别为2.26 g/L和2.15 g/L,合格液中锂浓度为1.491 g/L,锂钠比、锂钾比、锂镁比、锂钙比和锂硼比分别为2.47、9.86、7.06、10.03和48.78,工艺水耗系数和酸耗系数分别为1.25 mol HCl/mol Li和1.52 kg H_(2)O/g Li,且上述性能参数在长周期中试运行过程中没有明显衰减。最后通过XRD、SEM和静态接触角测试等方法对吸附剂晶体类型、微观结构和表面润湿性进行了表征与分析。Titanium adsorbent is a promising lithium-ion sieve for Li+recovery from salt lake.In this work,the adsorption performance and long-term stability of the titanium typed ion sieve were tested through a pilot scale rotary continuous ion exchange device and Laguo Co Salt Lake alkaline brine in Xizang China.Pilot test results showed titanium adsorbent has high adsorption capacity,selectivity and excellent stability.During the 300 cycles tests,the adsorption capacity and desorption capacity were around 2.26 g/L and 2.15 g/L respectively;Li+concentration of desorbed tail liquid was 1.491 g/L,the average selectivity of S_((Li/Na)),S_((Li/K)),S_((Li/Mg)),S_((Li/Ca))and S(Li/B)were 2.47,9.86,7.06,10.03,48.78;HCl and H2O consumption coefficient were 1.25 mol HCl/mol Li+and 1.52 kg H_(2)O/g Li^(+);besides,these parameters didn’t deteriorate significantly during the pilot test.Finally,the physical and chemical properties of the ion sieve were analyzed with XRD,SEM and surface contact angle measurement.
