摘  要:磷酸铁锂电池由于其长循环寿命、高安全性能、低成本与环境友好等优点,在电动汽车与储能领域得到广泛的应用。磷酸铁作为合成磷酸铁锂正极材料的前驱体,其合成方法直接影响磷酸铁材料的结构和形貌特征,进而决定了磷酸铁锂正极材料的电化学性能。因此,如何制备低成本、性能优异的磷酸铁材料一直是行业内研究的关键。目前的制备方法主要分为液相沉淀法、水热法、溶胶-凝胶法、模板法等,文章总结和对比分析了各方法的优缺点,并对磷酸铁材料制备技术的未来发展方向进行了展望。Lithium iron phosphate batteries are widely used in electric vehicles and energy storage due to their long cycle life,high safety performance,low cost and environmental friendliness.As the precursor for synthesizing LiFePO_(4) cathode materials,the synthesis method of iron phosphate directly affects the structure and morphology of iron phosphate materials,which in turn determines the electrochemical performance of LiFePO_(4) cathode materials.Therefore,how to prepare low-cost,high-performance iron phosphate materials has been the key to research in the industry.The current preparation methods are mainly divided into liquid-phase precipitation method,hydrothermal method,sol-gel method,template method,etc.This paper summarizes and comparatively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method,and looks forward to the future development direction of iron phosphate material preparation technology.
