摘 要:法兰系统被广泛应用于化工领域,随着化工技术的发展,越来越多的法兰系统需要适应高温工况环境。法兰系统的密封性能会受到温度的影响,而法兰系统的温度场分布规律对高温工况法兰系统密封性能的研究有着重要的参考依据。以WN100-100RF法兰系统为研究对象,分析该系统分别在250、300和350℃高温工况下法兰系统各部件的温度分布规律。结果表明:在3种工况温度下,沿法兰径向温度成线性降低,沿法兰厚度方向温度略有降低;在螺栓内侧和外侧,温度变化趋势相同,均为先增大后减小再增大再减小,且内侧整体温度稍高于外侧;沿垫片径向温度成线性降低,沿垫片周向温度几乎不变。为250、300和350℃高温工况下法兰系统的密封性的研究提供了参考依据。The flange systems were widely used in the chemical industry,and with the development of chemical technology,more and more flange systems need to adapt to high-temperature working environments.The sealing performance of flange systems was affected by temperature,and the temperature field distribution rule of flange systems had important reference basis for the study of sealing performance of flange systems under high temperature conditions.By taking the WN100-100RF flange system as the research object,we analyzed the temperature distribution of each component of the flange system under high temperature conditions of 250,300 and 350℃.The results showed that the radial temperature along the flange decreased linearly under the three temperature conditions,and along the thickness direction of the flange,the temperature slightly decreased.On both the inside and outside of the bolt,the temperature trend was the same,all increased and then decreased again,and the overall temperature on the inside was slightly higher than that on the outside.The temperature decreased linearly along the radial direction of the gasket,while the temperature remained almost unchanged along the circumferential direction of the gasket.It provided reference for the study of the sealing performance of flange systems under high temperature conditions of 250,300 and 350℃.
