摘　　要：童年期家庭功能障碍(Childhood Household Dysfunction,CHD)作为全球性的公共卫生问题,严重损害儿童的身心健康,导致焦虑抑郁等心理问题高发,甚至显著增加个体自杀倾向和死亡风险。当前,不同学者已从虐待、忽视等角度不同程度探讨童年不良经历与儿童的心理健康,而有关CHD暴露的研究仍相对有限。基于此,本文综述CHD儿童焦虑抑郁的现状,从个人、家庭、学校和社会4个维度总结其影响因素。提出未来在潜在关联机制、综合评价暴露类型、预测识别等研究方向可能进一步探索的建议,为国内学者开展相关研究提供借鉴。As a global public health problem,Childhood Household Dysfunction(CHD)has seriously damaged children's physical and mental health,leading to a high prevalence of psychological problems such as anxiety and depression,and even significantly increasing the risk of suicidal tendency and death in individuals.Currently,different scholars have explored adverse childhood experiences and children's mental health from the perspectives of abuse and neglect to varying degrees,while research on CHD exposure is still relatively limited.Based on this,this paper reviews the current situation of anxiety and depression in children with CHD,and summarizes its influencing factors from four dimensions:individual,family,school and society.Suggestions for possible further exploration in the future in the research directions of potential association mechanisms,comprehensive evaluation of exposure types,and predictive identification are presented to provide a reference for domestic scholars to carry out related research.
