摘 要:目的:分析小学生的成长型思维、心理资本与情绪行为问题三者之间的相互关系,并探索心理资本在成长型思维与情绪行为问题之间的中介作用。方法:采用思维模式量表、长处与困难问卷、心理资本问卷对湖北省711名小学生进行调查。结果:①相关分析结果显示,小学生成长型思维与情绪行为问题之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.43,P<0.01),与心理资本之间存在显著正相关(r=0.63,P<0.01);心理资本与情绪行为问题之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.60,P<0.01)。②中介分析表明,心理资本在成长型思维和情绪行为问题之间起到了部分中介作用,占总效应的72.22%。结论:成长型思维不仅直接影响小学生的情绪行为问题,还能通过提升心理资本来间接减少情绪行为问题。Objective:To investigate the relationships between growth mindset,psychological capital,and emotional and behavioral problems in elementary school students,and explore the mediating role of psychological capital between growth mindset and emotional and behavioral problems.Methods:The study surveyed 711 elementary school students in Hubei Province using the Mindset Scale,Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire,and Psychological Capital Questionnaire.Results:①Correlation analysis results showed a significantly negative correlation between growth mindset and emotional and behavioral problems(r=-0.43,P<0.01),a significantly positive correlation between growth mindset and psychological capital(r=0.63,P<0.01),and a significantly negative correlation between psychological capital and emotional and behavioral problems(r=-0.60,P<0.01).②Mediation analysis indicated that psychological capital partially mediated the relationship between growth mindset and emotional and behavioral problems,with the mediating effect accounting for 72.22%of the total effect.Conclusion:Growth mindset directly influences emotional and behavioral problems in elementary school students.Moreover,it can indirectly reduce these problems by enhancing psychological capital.
