摘　　要：孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童的父母比其他残疾儿童的父母承受更大的压力和照顾者负担。本文综述了ASD儿童家庭照顾者连带污名的现状、影响因素、测量工具以及干预策略等方面的研究进展,以期为现阶段医疗及康复机构探究ASD儿童家庭照顾者诊疗、护理、康复等干预措施提供理论参考。Parents of children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD)face greater stress and caregiver burden than those of children with other disabilities.This paper introduces ASD,stigma,associated stigma,and family caregivers.It summarizes research on the stigma faced by parents of ASD children,covering current status,influencing factors,measurement tools,and intervention strategies.The aim is to provide a theoretical reference for medical and rehabilitation institutions to develop interventions for the diagnosis,care,and rehabilitation of ASD children's family caregivers.
