摘 要:目的:探讨基于自我表露的健康教育结合感觉统合训练对住院精神分裂症患者心理状态、自我管理行为及认知功能的影响。方法:选取2022年1月-2024年1月于某院住院的112例精神分裂症患者,采用计算机随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=56)与对照组(n=56)。在常规药物治疗的基础上,对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组联合基于自我表露的健康教育结合感觉统合训练。比较两组干预前、干预28d后的心理状态[积极消极情感量表(PANAS)]、自我管理行为[精神分裂症患者自我管理量表(SSMIS)]、认知功能[MATRICS公认认知成套测验(MCCB)]及生活质量[精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)]。结果:干预28d后,研究组患者PANAS量表中消极情绪评分低于对照组(t=4.305,P<0.001),积极情绪评分高于对照组(t=5.576,P<0.001);研究组患者SSMIS量表中服药依从性、药物管理、精神症状管理、自我效能、利用资源及支持、维持日常生活/社会功能及总分均高于对照组(t=5.599,3.237,4.037,5.333,3.070,2.462,8.969;P<0.05);研究组患者MCCB量表中社会认知、推理与解决问题、视觉学习、言语学习、工作记忆、注意力/警觉性及处理速度评分均高于对照组(t=2.587,5.019,2.986,4.601,3.875,2.046,2.014;P<0.05);研究组患者SQLS量表中心理社会、动机和精力、症状和副反应及总分均低于对照组(t=7.309,5.279,2.412,9.015;P<0.05)。结论:基于自我表露的健康教育结合感觉统合训练有利于改善住院精神分裂症患者心理状态、自我管理行为,提升其认知功能与生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of self-disclosure based health education combined with sensory integration training on the psychological state,self-management behavior,and cognitive function of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 112 schizophrenic patients hospitalized in our hospital from were selected January 2022 to January 2024,and they were divided into study group(n=56)and control group(n=56)by computer random number table method.On the basis of conventional drug treatment,the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group was combined with health education based on self-disclosure and sensory integration training.The psychological status[Positive and Negative Affect Schedule(PANAS)],self-management behavior[Self-management Scale for Schizophrenic(SSMIS)],cognitive function[MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery(MCCB)]and quality of life of the two groups were compared before intervention and 28 days after intervention[Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)].Results:After 28 days of intervention,the negative emotion score in the PANAS scale of the study group was lower than that of the control group(t=4.305,P<0.001),and the positive emotion score was higher than that of the control group(t=5.576,P<0.001).Medication compliance,medication management,psychiatric symptom management,self-efficacy,utilization of resources and support,maintenance of daily life/social function and total score of SSMIS in the study group were higher than those in the control group(t=5.599,3.237,4.037,5.333,3.070,2.462,8.969;P<0.05);The scores of social cognition,reasoning and problem solving,visual learning,verbal learning,working memory,attention/alertness and processing speedof MCCB in the study group were higher than those in the control group(t=2.587,5.019,2.986,4.601,3.875,2.046,2.014;P<0.05);The psychosocial,motivation and energy,symptoms and side effects of SQLS in the study group were lower than those in the control group(t=7.309,5.279,2.412,9.015;P<0.05).Conclusion:Heal
