摘 要:目的:观察赋能心理护理配合图文教育对小耳畸形耳廓再造术患者围术期疾病感知压力、焦虑及自护能力的影响。方法:选取河南省某医院整形科2021年1月-2023年5月接受治疗的小耳畸形耳廓再造术患者96例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例,对照组接受图文教育,观察组给予赋能心理护理配合图文教育模式,干预持续至手术完成后3个月。干预前、3个月后采用中文版压力知觉量表(CPSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)、再造耳评价量表分别评估患者的疾病感知压力、焦虑程度和自我护理能力和再造耳手术效果,护理结束后出院随访3个月记录并发症发生事件。结果:干预3个月后,观察组CPSS评分、SAS评分显著低于对照组(t=7.877,7.995;P<0.05);ESCA评分各项目显著高于对照组(t=5.754,5.052,3.195,3.796;P<0.05);两组手术效果优良率分别为97.92%、93.75%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组并发症总发生率分别为2.08%、14.58%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.909,P<0.05)。结论:赋能心理护理配合图文教育可降低小耳畸形耳廓再造术患者围术期疾病感知压力及焦虑情绪,提高自我护理能力,减少并发症发生。Objective:To observe the effect of empowerment psychological nursing combined with graphic-text education on perioperative perceived stress,anxiety and self-care ability in patients undergoing auricular reconstruction for microtia.Methods:A total of 96 patients with microtia who underwent auricular reconstruction at Plastic Surgery Department of Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group using a table of random numbers,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received graphic-text education,while the observation group received empowerment psychological nursing combined with graphic-text education.Both groups received intervention till 3 months after the surgery.The Chinese version of Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)and reconstructed ear evaluation scale were used to evaluate the patients'perceived stress,anxiety level,self-care ability and the effect of ear reconstruction,respectively.Complications that occurred during 3-month follow-up after discharge were recorded.Results:After 3 months of intervention,CPSS score and SAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=7.877,7.995;P<0.05).The scores for items in the ESCA were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=5.754,5.052,3.195,3.796;P<0.05).The excellent and good rates of surgical outcomes in the two groups were 97.92%and 93.75%,without statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).The total incidence rates of complications in the two groups was 2.08%and 14.58%,with a statistically significant difference between groups(χ^(2)=4.909,P<0.05).Conclusion:Empowerment psychological nursing combined with graphic-text education can reduce perioperative perceived stress and anxiety in patients undergoing auricular reconstruction for microtia,improve their self-care ability,and reduce the occurrence of
