摘　　要：目的:探讨心理调适能力干预对间质性肺疾病(ILD)患者心理压力及社会功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年4月就诊于某院的ILD患者96例,随机分为对照组48例(予以常规干预),观察组48例(于对照组的基础上辅以心理调适能力干预),比较两组患者的心理压力[14项心理压力量表(PSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、社会功能恢复情况(医院自拟量表)以及护理满意度[纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)]。结果:干预后,观察组的PSS、SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(t=10.517,11.788,11.816;P<0.05);社会功能恢复评分均显著高于对照组(t=10.997,7.307,10.693,10.397;P<0.05);且观察组的护理满意度(95.83%)显著高于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05)。结论:心理调适能力干预对于ILD患者具有显著效果,能够改善其心理压力,促进社会功能恢复,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological adjustment ability intervention on the psychological stress and social function recovery of patients with interstitial lung disease(ILD).Methods:A total of 96 cases of ILD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(48 cases).The psychological stress[14 items of psychological stress scale(PSS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],social function recovery(self-designed scale in our hospital)and Nursing satisfaction[Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale(NSNS)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,observation group had significantly lower PSS,SAS,SDS scores than control.(t=10.517,11.788 and 11.816;P<0.05).The social function recovery scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=10.997,7.307,10.693,10.397;P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.83%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%).Conclusion:Psychological adjustment ability intervention has a significant effect on patients with ILD,which can improve their psychological stress,promote the recovery of social function and improve nursing satisfaction.
