摘　　要：目的:分析导致青光眼患者产生心理应激的相关因素,并进一步讨论针对性的应对策略。方法:选取2018年6月—2023年6月就诊于某院的78例青光眼患者为调查对象。通过艾克森人格问卷(EPQ)分析患者是否存在心理应激将患者分为正常组和应激组,进行一般资料比对后,通过Logistic回归分析导致患者心理应激的相关因素,进一步讨论针对性的应对策略。结果:EPQ评分显示有70.51%(55/78)的患者存在心理应激,一般资料中,焦虑(OR=5.108,95%CI=1.489~17.525)和抑郁(OR=5.514,95%CI=1.542~19.713)、睡眠障碍(OR=5.301,95%CI=1.509~18.624)均是导致青光眼患者出现心理应激的危险因素(P<0.05),家庭支持(OR=0.289,95%CI=0.129~0.648)为保护因素(P<0.05)。结论:家庭支持以及患者的焦虑抑郁、睡眠状况是影响其心理应激的相关因素,针对以上情况应当对患者自身进行相应的心理健康疏导,调节其负性情绪,并嘱咐家属积极参与其中,为患者提供相应的情绪价值,以缓解其心理应激,改善其睡眠质量,促进康复进程。Objective:To analyze the related factors that lead to psychological stress in glaucoma patients,and further discuss the targeted coping strategies.Methods:78 cases of glaucoma patients in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2023 were selected as the investigation objects.Daniel F.Akerson Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)was used to analyze whether patients have psychological stress,and patients were divided into normal group and stress group.After comparing the general data,Logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors leading to patients'psychological stress,and further discuss the targeted coping strategies.Results:EPQ score showed that 70.51%(55/78)patients had psychological stress.In general data,Anxiety(OR=5.108,95%CI=1.489~17.525),Depression(OR=5.514,95%CI=1.542~19.713)and sleep disorder(OR=5.301,95%CI=1.509~18.624)are risk factors for psychological stress in glaucoma patients(P<0.05).Family support(OR=0.289,95%CI=0.129~0.648)was the protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family support,patients'anxiety,depression and sleep status are related factors that affect their psychological stress.In view of the above situation,patients should be given corresponding mental health guidance to adjust their negative emotions,and their families should be instructed to actively participate in it,so as to provide patients with corresponding emotional value,so as to alleviate their psychological stress,improve their sleep quality and promote the rehabilitation process.
