云南省非法野生动物贸易现状分析

摘　　要：野生动物是重要的环境资源,在维持生态平衡上起到了重要作用.随着人类实践活动范围的逐步扩大,许多野生动物面临着走向濒危甚至灭亡的境地.我国对野生动物资源保护的重视程度逐渐提高,但是非法野生动物贸易案件频发的状况仍未得到缓解.从中国裁判文书网获取2017年至2020年云南省非法利用野生动物刑事案件,对案件的数量、涉案物种类别、被告人信息情况等进行统计:共统计到4年内的1508起判决案件;涉案野生动物215种,其中两栖类7种、爬行类44种、哺乳类73种、鸟类91种;被告人以男性偏多、年龄多集中在30岁~60岁之间、文化程度普遍偏低.建议进行多角度普法宣传、提升对重点人员和重点物种的关注度,加强国内多部门以及国际合作,共同保护野生动物资源.Wildlife is an important environmental resource,which is important to maintain the ecological balance.With the gradual expansion of the scope of human practice,many wild animals are facing the situation of endangered or even extinction.China has paid more and more attention to the protection of wildlife resources,but the situation of frequent cases of illegal wildlife trade has not been alleviated.We obtained the criminal cases of illegal use of wildlife in Yunnan Province from 2017 to 2020 from China judicial document website,and makes statistics on the number of cases,species involved and information of defendants:A total of 1508 judgment cases were counted within 4 years,215 species of wildlife were involved,including 7 amphibians,44 reptiles,73 mammals and 91 birds;Most of the defendants are male,most of them are 30~60 years old,and their education level is generally low.We suggested to conduct multi-angle law popularization,increase attention to key person-nel and key species,strengthen domestic multi-sectoral and international cooperation,and protect wildlife re-sources together.
