摘  要:针对带钢热连轧生产过程监控与评价的问题,提出了一种基于海量数据挖掘和建模的解决方法。通过构建车间数据应用平台、生产状态集中监测、智能评价以及生产状态周期管理等模块,实现了对生产过程状态的全面监控与评估。这一系统不仅使得数据能够自我表达,同时也实现了设备健康度的自我评估,使设备具备了思考、预警和决策的能力。通过系统建设,为热轧带钢生产的运行管控决策提供了关键的支撑,为提高生产效率和降低生产风险提供了创新的解决方案。Aiming at the problem of monitoring and evaluation of continuous hot rolling strip production process,the method based on massive data mining and modeling was proposed.Through the construction of such modules as application platform for workshop data,centralized monitoring for production states,intelligent evaluation and cycle management for production states,the comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of production process state was achieved.This monitoring and evaluation system not only enabled the data to express themselves,but also achieved the self-assessment on equipment health,which made the equipment be capable of thinking,prewarning and making decisions.Based on the construction of this system,it provided the key support for operational managementand control as well as making decisions during production of hot rolled strips,and it also provided the innovative solution for improving production efficiency and reducing production risk.
