摘  要:针对550 MPa级高强集装箱板分切后出现的翘曲问题,对造成翘曲缺陷的原因进行了分析,得出高强集装箱板在生产过程中的内应力是导致钢板翘曲的主要原因。通过增加立辊切水板、优化板形目标值、调整层流冷却水上下集管投入量、合理匹配平整力参数等措施,高强集装箱板的翘曲问题得到了有效解决,满足了用户需求。In allusion to the warping problem of the 550 MPa high-strength steel sheet for making containers after cutting,the causes leading warping defects were analyzed,and it was concluded that the internal stress in the production process of these high-strength steel plates was the main cause.So the warping problem of high-strength steel sheets was effectively solved by adding water cutting boards for vertical rollers,optimizing the shape target values,adjusting the input of laminar cooling water for upper and lower headers,and reasonably matching the leveling force parameters,which met the requirements asked by users.
