摘 要:分析本钢1700生产线板坯加热质量影响因素后认为,热轧加热工艺控制不合理造成氧化烧损率高、板坯长度方向温度控制不均、板坯表面氧化铁皮过厚去除不净残留在热轧钢卷表面是影响加热质量的主要原因。采取优化加热炉温度制度、板坯在炉时间以及炉内气氛等措施后,板坯沿长度方向温差降到20℃,板坯的氧化烧损率由1.45%降至1.26%,提高了板坯质量,每月可节省成本130万元。上述措施可以应用到大部分同类热轧生产线中,具有较高的推广性。After analyzing the factors of influencing the heating quality of slabs produced by the Bensteel 1700 production line,it was concluded that the main causes of influencing the heating quality consisted of high oxidation burning-loss rate,uneven controlling of temperatures along the length direction of slabs and iron oxide scales on the surface of slabs being excessively thick which were not removed completely,all of which were caused by the unreasonable controlling of hot rolling heating process.After taking such countermeasures as optimizing the temperature schedule of a heating furnace,adjusting the period of the slabs stayed in the furnace and the atmosphere in the furnace,the temperature difference of the slabs along the length was reduced to 20℃,the oxidation burning-loss rates of the slabs were reduced from 1.45%to 1.26%,and therefore the quality of the slabs was improved and the cost could be saved by 1.3 million yuan per month.Above-mentioned countermeasures can be applied to most of the same kind of hot rolling production lines,which is characteristic of popularizing.
