地黄饮子加减合并资寿解语汤加减辅助治疗脑梗死痉挛性偏瘫伴失语临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨地黄饮子加减合并资寿解语汤加减辅助治疗脑梗死痉挛性偏瘫伴失语的临床疗效。方法60例痉挛性偏瘫伴失语脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予地黄饮子加减合并资寿解语汤加减治疗。比较2组患者改良Ashworth量表(MAS)、Brunnstrom运动功能评定、改良Barthel指数(MBI)、失语症严重程度分级改善情况及临床疗效。结果 治疗后2组患者MAS分级、失语程度、Brunnstrom运动功能分期、MBI评分均改善(P<0.05),观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 地黄饮子加减合并资寿解语汤加减辅助治疗脑梗死痉挛性偏瘫伴失语,可减轻患者神经功能损伤,降低患侧肌张力,提高肢体运动功能,促进语言功能恢复,且不明显增加不良反应,值得临床参考应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dihuang Yinzi combined with Zishou Jieyu Decoction+rehabilitation therapy on cerebral infarction spastic hemiplegia with aphasia.Methods A total of 60 patients with spastic hemiplegia and aphasia cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medical treatment,while the treatment group was treated with modified Dihuang Yinzi and modified Zishou Jieyu Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The modified Ashworth scale(MAS),Brunnstrom motor function assessment,modified Barthel index(MBI),aphasia severity grading improvement and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the MAS classification,aphasia degree,Brunnstrom motor function stage and MBI score of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dihuang Yinzi combined with Zishou Jieyu Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of cerebral infarction spastic hemiplegia with aphasia can reduce the neurological function injury,reduce the muscle tension of the affected side,improve the limb motor function,promote the recovery of language function,and do not significantly increase the adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical reference application.
