摘　　要：肺炎支原体是中国5岁及以上儿童社区获得性肺炎主要病原体之一。肺炎支原体感染除其本身所致呼吸道感染症状,还可出现肺内外并发症。综述了儿童肺炎支原体感染致肺外并发症研究进展。Mycoplasma pneumoniae is one of the main pathogens of community-acquired pneumonia in children aged 5 years and more in China.In addition to the symptoms of respiratory tract infection caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,there are also intrapulmonary and extrapulmonary complications.This paper reviews the research progress on the mechanism of Mycoplasma pneumoniae extrapulmonary infection in children and the extrapulmonary complications caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
