摘 要:目的 探讨MP监测系统在妊娠期高血压疾病(hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, HDP)预测及临床干预中的价值。方法 回顾性分析900例孕妇的临床资料,采用常规HDP监测的450例孕妇设为对照组,采用MP监测系统的450例孕妇设为观察组。对HDP预测阳性的孕妇给予钙剂+抗凝剂干预。观察HDP阳性检出率及最终发生率。结果 观察组HDP阳性检出率显著高于对照组(P=0.000),最终发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MP监测系统可通过监测孕妇血液动力学参数变化预测HDP高风险人群,指导临床及时干预,降低妊娠期高血压疾病发生率,改善妊娠结局。Objective To explore the value of MP monitoring system in the prediction and clinical intervention of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP).Methods The clinical data of 900 pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed.450 pregnant women monitored by conventional HDP were set as the control group,and 450 pregnant women monitored by MP monitoring system were set as the observation group.Pregnant women predicted to be HDP positive were given calcium+anticoagulant intervention.The positive detection rate and final incidence of HDP were observed.Results The positive detection rate of HDP in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.000),and the final incidence was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MP monitoring system can predict the high-risk population of HDP by monitoring the changes of hemodynamic parameters of pregnant women,guide clinical timely intervention,reduce the incidence of hypertensive disorder of pregnancy and improve pregnancy outcome.
