摘　　要：目的:探讨护士干预的高压氧治疗对突发性听力损失(SHL)患者的效果。方法:收集2020-2023年在我院中医康复科接受治疗的100例SHL患者的临床资料,将其分为对照组(n=50)和试验组(n=50)。对照组接受突发性耳聋常规护理,试验组接受护士干预的高压氧治疗,比较两组听力改善情况、平均听阈水平、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,试验组的听力治疗成功率、平均听阈水平及生活质量各条目评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:护士干预的高压氧治疗能明显改善SHL患者的听力水平及生活质量,且不会增加相关不良反应的发生率。Objective:To explore the effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy with nurse intervention on patients with sudden hearing loss(SHL).Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with SHL who were treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation of our hospital from 2020 to 2023 were collected.They were divided into the control group(n=50)and the experimental group(n=50).The control group received routine nursing care for sudden deafness,and the experimental group received hyperbaric oxygen therapy with nurse intervention.The hearing improvement,average auditory threshold level,quality of life,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the success rate of hearing treatment,the average auditory threshold level,and the scores of each item of the quality of life in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy with nurse intervention can significantly improve the hearing level and quality of life of SHL patients,and it will not increase the incidence of related adverse reactions.
