摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊心血管疾病患者运动处方开发的影响因素,为临床针对性开展心血管疾病患者运动处方实践提供参考。方法:选取2023年12月至2024年3月于四川省成都市1所三级甲等医院急诊科就诊的心血管疾病患者为研究对象,开展半结构化访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果:共提炼出2大主题,9个亚主题,即个人特质和经验因素(躯体健康状况、心理情绪状态、先前体力活动经验),行为特定的认知和情感因素(自我效能、疾病认知、体力活动价值认知、同伴支持、家庭支持、医疗及社区支持)。结论:降低阻碍因素,增强促进因素,发挥双向影响因素的积极作用,对提高心血管疾病患者体力活动状况尤为重要。Objective:To explore the influencing factors of developing exercise prescriptions for emergency cardiovascular disease patients,and to provide a reference for the targeted implementation of exercise prescription practice for cardiovascular disease patients in clinical settings.Methods:Cardiovascular disease patients who visited the emergency department of a 3A-level hospital in Chengdu,Sichuan Province from December 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Semi-structured interviews were conducted,and the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the interview data.Results:A total of 2 major themes and 9 sub-themes were extracted,namely personal characteristics and experience factors(physical health status,psychological and emotional state,previous physical activity experience),behavior-specific cognitive and emotional factors(self-efficacy,disease cognition,cognition of the value of physical activity,peer support,family support,medical and community support).Conclusion:Reducing the hindering factors,enhancing the promoting factors,and giving play to the positive role of bidirectional influencing factors are particularly important for improving the physical activity status of cardiovascular disease patients.
