摘  要:介绍了橡胶弯管自动化生产的工艺技术,通过理论计算结合实际生产情况,对挤出机机头的结构参数,包括法兰型号、口模内径、芯棒直径、拉伸比和压缩比进行了设计,并对挤出机机头的主要区域,包括成型段、压缩段和分流段弯管的长度进行了分析。结果表明,基于橡胶弯管自动化生产工艺,筛选出XJ-65型橡胶单螺杆挤出机为本工艺生产设备;设计挤出机机头的法兰型号为DN 80/PN 250、口模内径为77.7 mm、芯棒直径为66.7 mm、拉伸比为0.9、压缩比为3.1、成型段长度为62 mm、压缩段和分流段长度均为120 mm、流道张开量为0.05 mm以下。The process technology of automatic production of rubber bend was introduced.Through theoretical calculation and actual production,the structural parameters of rubber extruder head were designed,including flange model,inner diameter of mouth mold,mandrel diameter,tensile ratio and compression ratio.The length of the main area of rubber extruder head,including shaping zone,compression zone and distributing zone,was analyzed.The results showed that based on the automatic production process of rubber bend,XJ-65 rubber single screw extruder was selected as the production equipment of this process.The flange model of the designed extruder head was DN 80/PN 250,the inner diameter of mouth mold was 77.7 mm,the mandrel diameter was 66.7 mm,the tensile ratio was 0.9,and the compression ratio was 3.1.The length of the shaping zone of the extruder head was designed to be 62 mm,and the length of the compression zone and the distributing zone were both designed to be 120 mm.The flow channel opening amount of the extruder head was designed to be less than 0.05 mm.
