摘　　要：论文选取2009—2022年省级面板数据,通过熵权-TOPSIS模型分别测算了全国农村金融和农业新质生产力的发展水平,并探讨了两者之间的影响效应。结果表明:农村金融高质量发展有助于提升农业新质生产力。异质性检验揭示了影响效应的地区与时间差异。具体而言,中部地区影响最明显,东部与西部地区则相对不显著。此外,相较于非粮产区,主粮产区的影响程度更突出。时间差异上,“十三五”相较于“十二五”时期的影响效应显著增强。中介效应表明,农业资源配置效率与农业规模化经营构成了影响效应实现的主要传导路径。拓展性讨论发现,要素市场化水平呈现出双门槛效应,随着要素市场化程度提升,农村金融高质量发展对农业新质生产力的影响呈现出阶段性递增趋势。Using provincial panel data from 2009 to 2022,this study employs the entropy-weighted TOPSIS model to measure the development levels of rural finance and new-quality agricultural productive forces in China.The analysis explores the impact of rural finance on new-quality agricultural productive forces.The findings indicate that the high-quality development of rural finance significantly enhances new-quality agricultural productive forces.Heterogeneity tests reveal regional and temporal variations in this effect.Specifically,the impact is most pronounced in central regions,while it is relatively insignificant in the eastern and western regions.Furthermore,the influence is more substantial in major grain-producing areas compared to non-major grain-producing regions.Temporally,the effect during the 13th Five-Year Plan period is significantly stronger than that observed during the 12th Five-Year Plan period.The mediation analysis demonstrates that agricultural resource allocation efficiency and large-scale agricultural operations serve as critical transmission pathways for the realization of the influence effect.Extended analysis uncovers a double-threshold effect of factor marketization,showing that as factor marketization progresses,the impact of high-quality rural financial development on new-quality agricultural productive forces increases in a staged manner.
