新质生产力赋能乡村全面振兴的理论逻辑、实践路径与价值意蕴

摘　　要：习近平关于新质生产力的重要论述是对马克思主义生产力理论的传承发展和重大创新,是实现新时代中国经济社会高质量发展和引领中国式现代化的根本战略支撑点与主要着力点。新质生产力赋能乡村全面振兴的理论逻辑,就其方法论视域而言,主要体现为对马克思主义关于生产力理论的守正与创新,而就其思想内涵和主要特征而言,则是以创新为主导,以高科技、高效能、高质量发展为标志的新型先进生产力质态。新质生产力赋能乡村全面振兴可以通过农业科技创新和农业新质劳动力培育、农业生产现代化产业体系构建和城乡产业融合发展及其相关政策扶持、农业农村治理体系和治理能力现代化等路径实践。新质生产力对于赋能乡村全面振兴和实现农业农村现代化意义重大而深远。Xi Jinping's important expositions on the new-quality productive forces is the inheritance,development and major innovation of Marxist theory of productive forces and are the fundamental strategic support points and main focus points for realizing high-quality development of China's economy and society in the new era and leading the Chinese-style modernization.The theoretical logic of new-quality productive forces empowering all-round rural revitalization,from the perspective of methodology,is mainly reflected in upholding and innovating Marxist theory of productive forces.And in terms of its ideological connotations and main characteristics,it is a new type of advanced productive forces characterized by innovation,high-tech,high-efficiency and high-quality development.New-quality productive forces can empower all-round rural revitalization through paths such as agricultural scientific and technological innovation and the cultivation of agricultural new quality labor force,the construction of modern agricultural production industrial system,the integrated development of urban and rural industries and its related policy support,and the modernization of agricultural and rural governance system and governance capacity.The new-quality productive forces is of great and far-reaching significance for enabling the all-round rural revitalization and realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
