基于DPSIR模型的福建省海洋渔业资源可持续利用水平评价研究

摘  要:基于DPSIR模型,构建了包含驱动力、压力、状态、影响和响应五个维度在内的一套完整的评价指标体系,并对2011—2020年福建省海洋渔业资源的可持续利用水平进行分析。研究结果显示,福建省海洋渔业资源的可持续利用水平在2011—2015年期间,综合评价值相对较低且波动幅度较小;而到了2016—2020年,评价值则呈现出较高的趋势,说明福建省海洋环境状况得到了改善,海洋生态系统良性循环的目标正逐步实现。为了促进福建省海洋渔业资源可持续利用水平,本研究提出要促进经济社会发展水平,优化海洋渔业资源基础;持续优化海洋产业结构,减轻环境压力;改善近岸海域水质,保护物种多样性;调整海洋渔业获取方式,减轻海洋生态环境负担;增加科研投入,强化福建省生态保护响应机制。Based on the DPSIR model,a complete set of evaluation index system including five dimensions of driving force,pressure,state,impact and response was constructed,and the sustainable utilization level of marine fishery resources in Fujian Province from 2011 to 2020 was analyzed.The research results show that during the period from 2011 to 2015,the comprehensive evaluation value of the sustainable utilization level of marine fishery resources in Fujian Province was relatively low and the fluctuation range was small;while from 2016 to 2020,the evaluation value showed a relatively high trend,indicating that the marine environment in Fujian Province has been improved and the goal of a virtuous cycle of the marine ecosystem is gradually being achieved.In order to promote the sustainable utilization level of marine fishery resources in Fujian Province,five suggestions have been proposed:promoting the level of economic and social development and optimizing the basis of marine fishery resources;continuously optimizing the structure of the marine industry and reducing environmental pressure;improving the water quality of the coastal waters and protecting species diversity;adjusting the acquisition methods of marine fishery and reducing the burden on the marine ecological environment;increasing investment in scientific research and strengthening the ecological protection response mechanism in Fujian Province.
