山东省农业保险对农业碳排放的影响研究

摘　　要：基于2007—2021年山东省16个地级市的面板数据,测算各地级市农业碳排放总量,并通过构建中介效应模型研究山东省农业保险对农业碳排放的影响,得出结论:总体来看,农业保险会使农业碳排放增加;农业保险对粮食作物比重有促进作用,而粮食作物比重对农业碳排放有抑制作用,该间接效应具体表现为遮掩效应且为部分遮掩,直接效应表现为农业保险对农业碳排放有直接促进作用。基于研究提出建议:加强财政支持与政策引导,激发农业保险间接碳减排潜力;强化农业保险与粮食作物比重联系,引领加强农业碳减排力度;深挖农业保险影响机制,开展多重碳减排举措。Based on the panel data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province from 2007 to 2021,the total agricultural carbon emissions of each prefecture-level city are measured,and the effect of agricultural insurance on agricultural carbon emissions in Shandong Province is studied by constructing a mediated effect model,and it is concluded that:in general,agricultural insurance leads to an increase in carbon emissions from agricultural activities;agricultural insurance has a promoting effect on the proportion of food crops,and the The proportion of food crops has an inhibitory effect on agricultural carbon emissions,the indirect effect is specifically manifested as a masking effect and partially masked,and the direct effect is manifested as a direct promotion of agricultural insurance on agricultural carbon emissions.Based on the study,we propose the following suggestions:strengthen financial support and policy guidance to stimulate the carbon emission reduction potential of agricultural insurance;strengthen the link between agricultural insurance and the proportion of food crops to lead the strengthening of agricultural carbon emission reduction;delve deeper into the mechanisms that underlie the impact of agricultural insurance and initiate multiple strategies aimed at reducing carbon emissions.
