新质生产力赋能新时代生态文明建设的思考

摘　　要：生态文明建设作为推动社会高质量发展的重要抓手,离不开新质生产力的支撑。作为符合新发展理念的先进生产力的样态和质态,新质生产力以其独特生态内涵与生态文明建设存在紧密联系,二者融合产生动力推动社会高质量发展,解决人与自然矛盾关系在新时代发生的新变化。但在具体实现过程中我国生态文明建设面临着顶层设计的号召力凸显程度不足;先进碳处理能力较弱,智能化程度不高;绿色消费理念尚未全民化落实;国际科技合作水平有待提高等问题。为使新质生产力更好地赋能生态文明建设,应该加强顶层设计、发挥碳市场功能、构建绿色消费场景、抢占未来生态强国发展制高点,以绿色生产力筑牢国际竞争新优势。Ecological civilization construction as an important starting point for promoting high-quality social development,cannot be separated from the support of new quality productivity.As the form and quality of advanced productive forces in line with the new development concept,the new quality productive forces are closely related to the construction of ecological civilization with their unique ecological connotation,and the integration of the two creates a driving force to promote the high-quality development of society and solve the new changes in the contradictory relationship between man and nature in the new era.However,in the process of concrete implementation,China's ecological civilization construction faces the lack of the appeal of top-level design;Advanced carbon processing capacity is weak,the degree of intelligence is not high;The concept of green consumption has not been fully implemented;The level of international scientific and technological cooperation needs to be improved.In order to make the new quality productivity better enable the construction of ecological civilization,we should strengthen the top-level design,give play to the function of the carbon market,build a green consumption scenario,seize the commanding heights of the development of ecological power in the future,and build a new advantage in international competition with green productivity.
