数字经济发展如何赋能共同富裕?——来自福建省9地市数据的中介效应检验

摘　　要：数字经济发展对共同富裕的赋能机制主要集中在数字经济的财富收入、技术进步、产业升级和资源配置等效应。文章选取2009~2021年福建省九个地市的面板数据进行实证分析,结果发现福建省数字经济发展对共同富裕具有显著的赋能效应,且存在明显的地域差异性,表现为沿海城市高于山区城市。维度异质性分析发现,福建省数字经济发展对物质富裕、共享层面等维度影响显著,但在推动精神富裕方面还有发展潜力。进一步通过中介效应模型检验证实,财富收入、技术进步、产业升级、资源配置对数字经济发展赋能共同富裕具有中介效应。为此,建议加强数字基础设施建设应用,加快数字技术推动传统产业升级,协调推进区域数字经济发展。This paper found that the empowerment mechanism of digital economy development on common prosperity mainly focuses on the effects of wealth income,technological progress,industrial upgrading,and resource allocation.Selecting panel data from nine cities in Fujian Province from 2009 to 2021,this paper empirically analyzes the empowering effects of digital economy development on common prosperity.The following conclusions were drawn.Firstly,the development of digital economy has a significant empowering effect on common prosperity in Fujian Province,and there is a significant regional disparity,with coastal areas being significantly higher than mountainous cities.Secondly,the dimensional heterogeneity analysis shows that the development of digital economy has a significant impact on the dimensions of material wealth and sharing in Fujian Province,but it still has development potential in promoting spiritual wealth.Further verification through the mediation effect model confirms that wealth income,technological progress,industrial upgrading,and resource allocation have a mediating effect on empowering common prosperity in the development of the digital economy.Finally,it is suggested to strengthen the construction and application of digital infrastructure,accelerate the digital technology to promote the upgrading of traditional industries,and coordinate the development of regional digital economy.
