摘　　要：加强高校学生档案信息化建设是高校贯彻执行新《档案法》举措之一,系列政策出台、理论研究开展为其奠定了一定的基础条件。然而高校学生档案仍然面临着资源流失较多、标准化管理尚有差距、信息孤岛严重等问题,因此需要从资源建设、标准建设、利用建设三个方面来开展高校学生档案信息化建设。首先,丰富档案数字资源是基础,档案数字化、电子化要兼顾学生档案管理时效性和流动性特点;其次,统一标准规范是制度保障,需要兼顾与人事档案相衔接;再次,深化利用是效益发挥途径,建设档案资源利用平台,才能发挥出高校学生档案资源价值。Strengthening the information construction of college students'archives is one of the measures to implement the new"Archives Law"for colleges.The introduction of a series of policies and the development of theoretical research have laid a certain foundation for it.However,College students'archives face many problems,such as the loss of resources,serious information isolated island,and the gap in standardized management.Therefore,we can carry out the information construction of college students'files from three aspects:resource construction,standard construction and utilization construction.Firstly,Enriching the digital resources of archives is the basis.In the process of digitalization and computerization,the characteristics of timeliness and mobility of student archives management should be taken into account.Secondly,establishing standards is the guarantee of the system,we should give consideration to the unification with personnel files.The third,deepening the utilization is the way to bring the benefits into play,we should build a platform system for the archives resources utilization,so as to give play to the value of college students'archives resources.
