摘　　要：青年志愿服务在新时代文明实践中心建设中具有独特优势和价值。有效释放和凸显青年志愿服务在新时代文明实践中心建设中的积极价值,对新时代文明实践中心建设具有重要意义。本文基于资本赋能的视角,建构起心理资本、人力资本、社会资本维度的分析框架,以壮大新时代文明实践中心建设的资本存量为运行逻辑,阐明资本赋能视域下青年志愿服务助力新时代文明实践中心建设的运行机理。资本赋能视域下推动青年志愿服务更好助力新时代文明实践中心建设的路径为:唤起服务自觉强化志愿动机,加强制度规范建设,打造专业化﹑系统化的青年志愿服务实践平台,推动青年志愿者在新时代文明实践中心建设中更好地实现“服务与成长”。Youth volunteer service has unique advantages and value in the construction of civilized practice centers in the new era.Effectively releasing and highlighting the positive value of youth volunteer service in the construction of civilized practice centers in the new era is of great significance for the construction of civilized practice centers in the new era.From the perspective of capital empowerment,this paper constructs an analytical framework in the dimensions of psychological capital,human capital,and social capital.The paper takes expanding the capital stock for the construction of civilized practice centers in the new era as the operating logic,and clarifies the operating mechanism of youth volunteer service facilitating the construction of civilized practice centers in the new era from the perspective of capital empowerment.The paths to promote youth volunteer service to better facilitate the construction of civilized practice centers in the new era from the perspective of capital empowerment are:arousing service consciousness and strengthening volunteer motives,strengthening the construction of institutional norms,creating a professional and systematic youth volunteer service practice platform,and promoting youth volunteers to better realize"service and growth"in the construction of civilized practice centers in the new era.
