摘　　要：涉农高校服务乡村振兴是其本质属性使然,培养与经济社会需求相适应的人才,第一要务是优化专业结构。因此将专业建设作为人才培养基本单元,分析地方涉农高校在乡村振兴背景下专业建设人才培养目标落后、专业设置优化不主动、课程设置逻辑关系不紧密、专业评估手段单一的现实困境,提出优化专业结构、更新人才培养目标、强化科教研融合、搭建第二课堂与专业技能桥梁的优化路径,为地方涉农高校专业建设提供思路,培养更多服务乡村振兴的高素质人才。It is the essential nature of agricultural-related universities to serve rural revitalization.To cultivate talents that meet the needs of the economy and society,the top priority is to optimize the specialty structure.Therefore,taking specialty construction as the basic unit of talent cultivation,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties of local agricultural-related universities in the context of rural revitalization,such as backward talent cultivation goals in specialty construction,lack of initiative in optimizing specialty settings,loose logical relationships in curriculum settings,and single specialty evaluation methods.It also proposes optimization paths such as optimizing the specialty structure,updating talent cultivation goals,strengthening the integration of scientific research and teaching,and building a bridge between the second classroom and professional skills,so as to provide ideas for specialty construction in local agricultural-related universities and cultivate more high-quality talents to serve rural revitalization.
