摘  要:为制备高灵敏的柔性纱线应变传感器,利用共轭静电纺丝和静电喷雾技术一步制备出嵌入液态金属(LM)和碳纳米管(CNT)的聚氨酯(PU)纳米纤维导电传感纱线,并组装得到纱线型应变传感器。表征了该导电传感纱线的形貌、力学性能和导电性能,并测试了纱线传感器的应变传感性能和应用性能。结果表明:制备的传感纱线具有良好的柔性和可拉伸性(断裂伸长率为100%)以及导电性能(电阻20 kΩ),组装的纱线型应变传感器在0.3%~30%、30%~60%、60%~100%三个应变范围内的灵敏度系数分别为0.0605、0.3779和1.0745,具有良好的应变响应循环稳定性和可靠性,在检测人体的各种运动状态上也展现出了较好的应变传感性能。认为:LM/CNT/PU纱线传感器能够紧密贴合人体不同部位,监测从大范围关节运动到微小肌肉活动的各种运动信号,在智能纺织品、健康监测和软体机器人等领域具有广阔的应用前景。To develop a highly sensitive flexible yarn strain sensor,a polyurethane(PU)nanofiber conductive sensing yarn embedded with liquid metal(LM)and carbon nanotubes(CNT)was fabricated in a single step using conjugate electrostatic spinning and electrostatic spraying technique.The yarn was assembled into a yarn-based strain sensor.The morphology,mechanical property and electrical conductivity of the conductive sensing yarn were characterized,the strain sensing and application performance of the yarn sensor were evaluated.The results showed that the prepared sensing yarn possessed better flexibility and stretchability(with a break elongation rate of 100%)as well as electrical conductivity(with a resistance of 20 kΩ).The sensitivity coefficients of the assembled yarn-type strain sensors in the strain ranges of 0.3%~30%,30%~60%and 60%~100%were 0.0605,0.3779 and 1.0745,respectively.The sensors exhibited excellent cyclic stability and reliability in strain response,and demonstrated better strain sensing performance in detecting various human motion states.It is concluded that the LM/CNT/PU yarn sensors can conform closely to different parts of the human body,enabling monitoring of a wide range of movements,from large joint motions to subtle muscle activities,which makes them highly promising for applications in smart textiles,health monitoring and soft robotics.
