摘  要:为开发同时具有拉伸/压缩双向传感性能的柔性织物应变传感器,以纳米银线为导电材料,棉氨纶双罗纹针织物为柔性基材,采用浸渍法将基材与纳米银线组装成具有拉伸/压缩双向传感性能的应变传感器。通过测试拉伸和压缩时的电阻变化等,研究了该应变传感器的双向传感性能。结果表明:在100次拉伸-回复和压缩-回复循环中,柔性应变传感器的相对电阻变化偏移率分别低于4%和3%;在拉伸过程的响应时间为1.23 s,峰值时间为0.64 s,响应频率为1 s;压缩过程的响应时间为0.59 s,峰值时间为0.47 s,响应频率为0.12 s。在拉伸或压缩状态下,柔性应变传感器均具有较好的传感稳定性和重现性,较高的分辨率精度,相对电阻与应变或压强具有良好的线性关系,对外界刺激具有较好的响应性能,可以对人体肢体动作进行实时监测;认为:制备的柔性压力传感器在可穿戴控制器和运动检测中具有潜在应用价值。To develop a flexible fabric strain sensor with both tensile and compressive sensing property,a strain sensor with tensile/compressive bidirectional sensing properties was obtained by using silver nanowires as conductive material and cotton spandex double rib knitted fabric as flexible substrate,the two were assembled together by a dipping method.By testing the changes in resistance during stretching and compression,the bidirectional sensing performance of the strain sensor was thoroughly investigated.The results showed that in 100 cycles of stretch-release and compression-release,the relative resistance change offset rate of the flexible strain sensor was below 4%and 3%,respectively.The response time during the stretching process was 1.23 s,the peak time was 0.64 s,and the response frequency was 1 s.The response time during the compression process was 0.59 s,the peak time was 0.47 s and the response frequency was 0.12 s.The flexible strain sensor exhibited better sensing stability and reproducibility in both stretching and compressing states,higher resolution accuracy,a better linear relationship between relative resistance and strain or pressure,and a better response to external stimuli.It was capable of real-time monitoring of human body movements.It is considered that the prepared flexible pressure sensor has potential application value in wearable controllers and motion detection.
