摘 要:针对纯棉浆纱在织造过程中的断裂多是浆纱磨损后强力下降而被拉断的问题,通过研究浆纱磨损过程纱线强力变化建立符合织造工况要求的浆纱质量评价方法,研制了具备多维载荷作用的JN-02型纱线耐磨测试仪,并且可在耐磨仪上原位测试浆纱一定次数磨损后的剩余强力。首先针对试验浆纱优选了样本容量和测试参数,然后探究了不同磨损程度浆纱强力损失的变化规律。另外,建立了浆纱磨后剩余强度与原纱强力相关联的耐磨性能评价指标,即增强率。结果表明:测试样本容量为40根满足U检验的样本容量标准,优选静态测试张力为15 cN、开口动程为25 mm、筘座摆角为18°和工作频率60次/min。纱线特数越大,浆纱的增强率越高,试验中14.6 tex、11.7 tex与5.8 tex浆纱的增强率分别为64.4%、35.5%与25.7%,且纱线特数越大其磨损后强度衰减速率越低。Aimed at the problem that the fracture of pure cotton sizing yarn during the weaving process was often caused by the decrease in strength after sizing abrasion and tension breaking,a quality evaluation method for sizing yarn that met the requirements of weaving conditions was established by studying the changes in yarn strength during sizing abrasion.JN-02 yarn abrasion tester with multi-dimensional load effect was developed,and the remaining strength of sizing yarn after a certain number of abrasion cycles could be tested in situ on the abrasion tester.Firstly,the sample size and testing parameters were optimized for the experimental sizing,then the change rule of sizing strength loss after different degrees of abrasion was explored.In addition,an abrasion resistance evaluation index that was related to the remaining strength of the ground sizing yarn and the original yarn strength was established,which was the reinforcement rate.The results showed that the test sample size was 40 pieces,which met the U-test sample size standard.The optimal static test tension was 15 cN,the shed stroke was 25 mm,the reed swing angle was 18°and the working frequency was 60 times/min.The higher the yarn count was,the higher the reinforcement rate of sizing will be.In the experiment,the reinforcement rates of 14.6 tex,11.7 tex and 5.8 tex sizing were 64.4%,35.5%and 25.7%,respectively.Moreover,the higher the yarn count was,the lower the rate of strength degradation after abrasion will be.
